Fiddlers Green Association

The Fiddlers Green Association consists of 137 homes located on the eastern border of Caumsett State Park on Lloyd Neck. This community was originally established in the early 1950's by a group of airline pilots who purchased 2 acre plots of land being sold off the summer estate owned by Marshall Field, III. This community has an active association that safeguards the neighborhood and the lifestyle that is offered here. The deeded beach is a pristine, sandy beach on the open Sound and on a clear day you can make out the buildings along the Connecticut shoreline. The deeded dock and mooring are located on the opposite side of Lloyd Neck in the most protected part of Lloyd Harbor. This wonderful community is within the boundaries of the Cold Spring Harbor School District. It is located 7 miles from Main Street in Huntington Village and is governed by the Incorporated Village of Lloyd Harbor. An added community benefit is the resident-only Lloyd Harbor Park which offers a beach, mooring and tennis courts with a summer camp.
Living in the Fiddlers Green Association has many benefits and offers a quiet and private community environment. All of the homes have a minimum 2 acre lot. Purchasing a home here can range from the $900,000's to well over $2,000,000.
